Barton Perreira offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all luxury eyewear, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our artisanal craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the eyewear in its original case and shipping box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
